Projecting Grace at Grace Cathedral

One night a month, the façade of San Francisco's beloved Grace Cathedral lights up with work by local artists in the name of social justice. On March 28, 2021, the installation included my own work. In light of the recent violence against women and elders in the Asian community, I created a stylized version of the Chinese character for “woman” (女) to don the cathedral’s exterior walls.

Projecting Grace is curated by designer Michelle Gottlieb Regenbogen and expertly projected by activist A. E. Marling.
