SHOP POLICIES

Thank you so much for supporting my work! All of my products (besides stickers and pins) are created and shipped by the print-on-demand company Printful. In other words, t-shirts, tote bags, posters, etc. are custom printed just for you. Read below to understand what this means in terms of shipping times and returns.

Shipping

All products are printed on demand. It takes 2-7 days to print apparel products (t-shirts and sweatshirts), and 2-5 days for non-apparel products (posters and socks). Items that are printed seam-to-seam (like totebags) take the longest since they are made from scratch.

When buying multiple types of products at checkout such as posters and apparel, they can be mailed separately since they are printed at different facilities.

Average shipping times:

​

  • USA: 5-7 business days

  • Canada: 7-12 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may incur customs fees. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost.

Returns

There are no refunds or returns unless items are damaged or lost in the mail. Since all items besides stickers are printed on demand, I carry no inventory for exchanges. Please double check the size guide (available on the product page) before ordering!

ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE

If your order didn't end up arriving, please let me know at hello@hopemeng.com with your order information. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@hopemeng.com within 21 days of receipt of your item for a replacement at no charge. Please send photos of your damaged product along with your order info. If you don’t contact me before that time, unfortunately, I won't be able to offer a free replacement.
